Freemium has a sales cap; every paid plan removes it — “No sales cap” is listed on Starter and above. Upgrade and your data and setup carry over as-is.
Can I add more users to my plan?
Each plan includes a set number of users — 1 on Freemium, 3 on Starter, 20 on Growth and Pro. Talk to us about adding more, or about Enterprise for custom counts.
